BITFOREST specializes in high-efficiency greenhouse planting, investment, construction, and management of large-scale data centers. The company is dedicated to the investment and management of various fields, including but not limited to, new energy development and utilization, modern agricultural facilities integration and efficiency improvement, and the effective combination of traditional finance and digital finance. BITFOREST is committed to investment in blockchain project applications and developing a strategic roadmap for the development of the metaverse.

Agriculture
The entire project spans 70 acres and will be developed in five phases. Phase I, covering 10 acres (44,000 square meters), is already operational. Phases II and III, covering 30 acres, are projected for completion by 2025, while Phases IV and V, covering the remaining 30 acres, are scheduled for completion by 2026.
Computational Power
The supercomputing center has an investment of 6 million Canadian dollars and is expected to be operational with 20MW capacity in August 2025.
Energy
The groundbreaking GasPower Coin project, integrating natural gas and electricity, has already developed three natural gas wells with a power generation capacity of 3MW. From 2024 to 2025, an additional 30 natural gas wells are planned for development, with each well expected to mine 10-13 Bitcoins annually.
Additionally, three oil wells have been developed, and 10 more are scheduled for 2024-2025. Each oil well is projected to produce 150,000 to 200,000 barrels of oil per year.

Manitoba
Completing the construction of Greenhouse Phase II and Phase III, with a total area of 25 hectares and a total investment of 120 million Canadian dollars.
Newfoundland and Labrador
Completing the construction of Greenhouse Phase I, with a total area of 10 hectares and a total investment of 50 million Canadian dollars.
British Columbia
Acquiring a cannabis factory valued at 100 million Canadian dollars with an investment of 30 million Canadian dollars; participating in the 10-hectare Greenhouse with a total investment of 10 million Canadian dollars.
Supercomputing Centre
Completing the construction of a 200MW computing center throughout the year, with an expected total investment of 50 million Canadian dollars, including 80MW of wind-cooled and 120MW of water-cooled facilities. The total managed computing power will be 7000P.
Computing Power Leasing
Planning to invest 90 million Canadian dollars to purchase 5,000 mining machines, with an expected total leased computing power capacity of 540P.
Mining Pool
Establishing a mining pool by building dedicated construction team, an efficient operation and maintenance team, and a specialized maintenance team.
Fund Plan
Issuing an industry fund based on the blockchain industry.
Financing Plan
Completing a 20 million Canadian dollars financing for the parent fund and securing 30-50 million Canadian dollars in financing for the subsidiary fund.
Immigration Plan
Establishing a professional immigration service team in China, primarily targeting the North American immigration market.
